 How to use the law of attraction



The law of attraction states that you can attract positive or negative things into your life through your thoughts and actions. It is based on the principle that everything is made of energy, so the energy you keep will come back to you. If you are ready to use the Law of Attraction to tell the universe what you want, then start by creating a positive mindset so that you can send out positive energy. Then, take steps towards your goals and deal with your failures with a positive attitude.


{1} Creating a Positive Mindset


>>>Focus on what you want in your life, not what you do not have. Do not think about your old, broken car. Instead, imagine yourself driving a new car. It focuses on what you want to bring into your life rather than what you want to end. It sends a message to the universe that you expect good things to happen! 

  • The idea behind this is that you are thinking about what you want in your life. If you think “I always want to have a car that doesn’t break down”, you are still focusing on your old car, not the new one.
  • As another example, think to yourself, "I'm working very hard to get a good grade," instead, "I hope I do not fail this semester."




>>>Satisfy your cravings using positive words. It is important to avoid phrases that rely on negative words like “no” or “no” depending on what you want, such as “I don’t want to lose my job”. Similarly, include words to avoid attracting the wrong things. For example, the word "I do not want to lose" refers to "losing", while the word "I want to win" sends "victory". 


Tip: The Law of Attraction, the universe reflects the purpose behind them, not the words you use. That is, "money" should not be "debt" in the universe.



>>>Imagine that your dreams come true. Close your eyes and live the life you want, imagine the work of your dreams, show off your talent or slip into your new car. Do this every day to strengthen your intentions and bring them closer to reality. 

Always paint yourself to be successful. 

  • For example, imagine getting a promotion in your job, rather than about your daily activities. You do not want to work; You want to excel at it.

>>>Show gratitude for what you already have. Appreciating the good things in your life will help you get a better feeling about your life, which will support your positive mindset. List things you would like to thank or write them in a thank you note. Additionally, thank the people they add to your life. 

For example, write 3 things down each morning before you get out of bed. This will help you to start your day in a good mood.



>>>Meditate for at least 5 minutes a day to reduce your stress levels. Stress is a normal part of life, but it can be very heavy. Relieve your daily stress with a little meditation that will relax both your mind and body. For simple meditation, sit in a comfortable position, and then close your eyes. Focus on your breath, let your thoughts come and go. 

  • You can find guided meditation online or through an app like Callum, Headspace, or Insight Timer.
  • Meditation can help you learn more about your emotional state, which can help you control your emotions more effectively.
  • Practicing meditation effectively leads to practice. Make it your goal to meditate daily.


>>>Replace your problems with ideas on how to get things right. Worrying reveals what you are trying to avoid. When there are concerns, challenge them by questioning how likely they are. Then, think about what happened in the past when you were worried. Next, consider how bad the worst situation would be if your anxious thoughts happened. In the long run, you will realize that this is not a big deal. [That]

  • For example, suppose you are afraid that you will embarrass yourself during a show. How likely is it to happen? Has this happened before? If you are confused, does it matter? Do you even think about it a year later? You know that your anxiety is not a big deal.
  • It also helps to think about what your life will be like in 5 or 10 years. Are you still worried about what will happen? Probably right there. For example, you may be worried about failing an exam, but you will not miss the exam in 5 years.

Tip: If you can't stop worrying, write down your anxious thoughts in a journal. Then, put the magazine away to keep thoughts out of your mind.



>>>Give yourself time to learn how to stay positive. First of all, you find it difficult to keep your thoughts positive. It is natural for negative thoughts to come back to you. However, consciously confronting negative thoughts can help you focus on the positive. Accept them, remove them, and then change them for the better. With practice, you can become more positive over time. [Become]

  • For example, you may be thinking, "I'm working very hard, but I'm not feeling that way anywhere." Pause for a moment and think about why you are thinking like this. Then, list the positive things you experienced while achieving this goal, learning new things, or having new experiences. Finally, choose to see the positive in the situation. You can say to yourself, "I'll get better over time, and I'm proud of my progress."
  • After a while, the positive thoughts you choose on a positive level will become part of your subconscious mind and the positive thought will become more automatic for you.
